Moo Duk Kwan® is a registered trademark of Hwang Kee's martial art organization which has licensees, representatives and students in twenty three (23) countries at 2018-09-05.
Students practice the martial art of tang soo do or Soo Bahk Do® when training under Moo Duk Kwan® certified Instructors or when enrolled in Moo Duk Kwan® schools worldwide.
Active licensed Moo Duk Kwan® instructor and school owners in good standing may display one or more of these images to inform the public that they are licensed to use Moo Duk Kwan intellectual property and to assure the public that they adhere to Moo Duk Kwan® quality standards and provide official education, instruction and training in Moo Duk Kwan® philosophy and values.
Students who graduate from the Moo Duk Kwan or become independent instructors or school owners who are not licensed by the Moo Duk Kwan® cannot legally represent to the public that they are a source of training or instruction associated with these trademarks, logos and copyrighted content.
